Hotel Pickup for Corporate and Incentive Groups
Free pickup may begin around 19:15 from Taksim, Beyoğlu, Beşiktaş, Şişli, Karaköy, Sultanahmet, Sirkeci, Aksaray and Fatih. Timing depends on hotel, traffic and other stops; Asian-side hotels are excluded.
Provide hotel details and participant numbers in advance. No private minibus, dedicated vehicle, airport transfer, nonstop route, exact vehicle type or early exact pickup time is promised. Pay on Board saves €10 per adult with self-arrival; eligible hotel pickup uses the standard price. The saving cannot stack with Pay Online.
Can Corporate Groups Arrive Directly at Kabataş?
Yes. Self-arrival is at Dentur Avrasya Kabataş Pier for boarding around 20:30–20:45 and departure around 20:45.
It may be practical when participants use different hotels, the company arranges transport, guests are near Kabataş or pickup is unnecessary. Allow for Istanbul traffic; self-arrival is not universally better.
